Abstract
PURPOSE:To correctly judge the working condition in the working spaces by successively detecting and discriminating the voltages in the respective working spaces or the relating signal voltages with a time difference and gathering the detection signals. CONSTITUTION:The working pulses are supplied independently to the respective working spaces according to turn-on and turn-off the switches 41, 42...4n to perform discharge working independently. The signal voltages at the respective working spaces are detected by the respective detection resistors 71, 72...7n and discriminated by the respective discrimination circuits 81, 82...8n. The gate circuits 91, 92...9n collect the output signals of the respective discrimination circuits 81, 82...8n and feed them to a counter circuit 12 successively with a predetermined time difference, whereby the general working condition in the working spaces is judged.
