Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In a double cylinder shaped tank 1, circulation flow passage is formed which has a down flow passage 2 and an upper flow passage 3 and raw liquid and active slurry to be fed to the flow passage 2 through a feeding tube 4 and 5 are circulated inside the tank 1. The air fed from a compressor 6 is supplied to the flow passage 2 and it is dissolved.
