Abstract
PURPOSE: A large amount of gas dissolved in the liquid in the supersaturated state is made to the bubble and flowing speed in the flowing passage for the circulation is measured and oxigen amount is measured. By doing so, solid and liquid separation can be surely and easily done.
CONSTITUTION: In a double cylinder shaped tank 1, circulation flow passage is formed which has a down flow passage 2 and an upper flow passage 3 and raw liquid and active slurry to be fed to the flow passage 2 through a feeding tube 4 and 5 are circulated inside the tank 1. The air fed from a compressor 6 is supplied to the flow passage 2 and it is dissolved. Fine bubble making is promoted by the air to be fed to the flow passage 3 and the circulation flow is maintained. Measuring result of a flow speed meter 14 in the flow passage 2 is transmitted to an adjusting meter 13 and a deviation against setting value of an adjusting meter 19 given from a operational controller 12 connecting to a suspension detecting meter 17 can be automatically adjusted by a control valve; 15 and 16 and a control valve 18.
