Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the foaming property of the title agent and the stability on standing by specifying the amt. of unsatd. fatty acids out of fatty acids constituting a glycerol fatty acid ester.
CONSTITUTION: The amt. of unsatd. fatty acids out of fatty acids constituting a glycerol fatty acid ester is specified to 5W50%. In order to produce the title agent, an excipient such as mono- or polysaccharides and a stabilizer such as casein sodium are dissolved in water of above 50°C. The above glycerol fatty acid ester as a surfactant is melted by heating, dissolved or emulsification dispersed in the soln., and spray dried to powder.
