Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a cold rolled steel sheet in a small space and a short time by taking out an annealed cold rolled steel sheet coil at above 150 deg.C from the inner cover of an annealing furnace, followed by cooling to 100-250 deg.C, pickling and temper rolling. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled steel sheet coil is annealed in a box annealing furnace under a non-oxidizing atmosphere at 700 deg.C for 4 hr. The annealed coil is cooled in the inner cover of the furnace and taken out at above 150 deg.C from the cover. An oxide film formed on the coil surface at this time is removed by pickling the coil at 100-250 deg.C. Since the pickling is carried out at such a relatively high temp., the prior coil cooling process can be omitted, and a rise in temp. of a pickling soln. results in an increase in pickling speed. Accordingly, the space for cooling the coil is not required, and the pickling is finished in a short time. Finally, temper rolling is carried out to obtain a cold rolled sheet product.
