Abstract

According to this method, the welding heat input is perfectly, effectively utilized for forming the deposited metal, so that much more molten metal can be obtained, and the beads can be formed satisfactorily to the surface of bottom plate of tank with only one layer due to the submerged arc welding, and the working time of welding is also greatly shortened.
