Abstract

Further, this ON signal is fed to the delay circuit DL and reaches SWF after the delay time Td, turning off the signal. Thus, since the start time receptionable for CC is immediately controlled when the conditions of SPEC and SAB and SWB, no useless reception of CC is taken place.
