The rim 2 is kept from moving in the axial direction by the flange 1a of the hug 1 and a side ring 6 supported with a lock ring 5 on the hub 1. To attach the rim 2 to the hub 1, air is introduced into the bag 4. To detach the rim from the hub, the air is discharged from the bag and the lock ring 5 and the side ring 6 are removed. Therefore, the attachment and the detachment are easily performed.
