Abstract

PURPOSE: To devise to economize energy by arranging the refrigerant routes of a cooling water and a hot water condenser in parallel to be easily switched over.
CONSTITUTION: A common suction pipe 5 is provided for a refrigerant suction route from an evaporator 2 and compressor 1. Between the discharge side of the compressor 1 and the evaporator 2, the refrigeratnt route of a cooling water condenser passing through a cooling water condenser 3 and the refrigerant route of a hot water condenser passing through a hot water condneser 4 are respectively connected in parallel, while on entrance sides of both condensers 3 and 4, switch valves 6 and 7 are provided. In this construction, when heat is accumulated in a heat accumulator 17 along with cooling, the switch valve 6 is closed and the switch valve 7 is opened for driving a cold water pump 11 and a hot water pump 21. The temperature of hot water in the heat accumulator 17 is increased for the accumulation of heat as both waters cold and hot are generted. When the heat accumulation is finished, switch valves 6 and 7 are switched over and the cold water pump 11, a cooling water pump 13, and a cooling fan 16 are operated. Consequently, the load of the compressor 1 is reduced, and the power consumptions of the compressor 1, and pumps 11, 13, 21, and 24 are economized.
