Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a multi-type piezoelectric element without using adhesive by utilizing a thin layer in paste piezoelectric ceramic. CONSTITUTION:PbO, TiO3, ZrO3, C0O, WO3, etc., are mixed at a prescribed proportion in weight. Next, these materials are crashed into powder after auxiliary calcination at approximately 600 deg.C and are added to organic solvent and 20 % organic binding agent, and they are mixed and kneaded. Completed paste is extended into a prescribed thickness and is dried, and Pt - Pd is applied for an electrode, and they are piled up and are subjected to compression bonding in approximately 1000 Kg/cm<2>. After cutting into a prescribed size and calcining at approximately 1300 deg.C, the process for a final shape is performed, and external electrodes are fitted. Thus, the process is simple because of no use of adhesive, and the loss of change in the junction part is prevented to obtain a high efficiency.
