Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of the inductance featuring a high resonance frequency by forming an electric circuit onto the dielectric substrate through the evaporation or other methods to make the part where the inductance is formed ajoin the space secured in the metal substrate via the dielectric substance. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric substrate 2 is placed on metal substrate 1, and the electric circuit comprising the entire surface of earth part 3 of the same potential as substrate 1, inductance 4 and others is formed on substrate 2 via the evaporation method. Space 10 is secured to substrate 1 at the area where the inductance is formed, so inductance 4 ajoins the space via substrate 2. Owing to the presence of space 10, the resonance frequency is increased and thus the inductance featuring a high resonance frequency can be formed easily.
