PURPOSE:To make it possible to output a signal freely out of phase with an input signal by constituting an automatic phase control group including a voltage control oscillator on the basis of the output of a shift oscillator and by varying an external control input for the phase shifting of the output signal of the 2nd mixer. CONSTITUTION:Mixer 2 mixes an input signal with the oscillation frequency of the shift oscillator and outputs the signal with the input frequency shifted to mixer 5, where it is mixed with the oscillation frequency of voltage control oscillator 6 and outputted from output terminal 8 via BPF7.
