Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the electrical connection of a liquid crystal display body of particularly a large number of electrode terminals and a diriving circuit easy and low in cost, enhance its reliability and further compactly integrating these by making use of a conductive material and connect pins.
CONSTITUTION: After an IC 9 is soldered on a circuit substrate 3, conductive rubbers 10 are aligned to display electrode terminals 13 and are placed on the substrate, and further a liquid crystal display body 6 is placed thereon. The connecting pins 11 of the latter are inserted into guide holes 12. Thereafter, a keep cover 7 is placed on the diaplay body 6 and screws 8 are fixed by means of nuts 16, whereby the electrical conduction between the display body 6 and terminals 13 is surely accomplished. When the pins 11 are solder-connected onto the substrate 3, the sure electrical conduction and panel position fixing are effected. Further, a connector 15 is inserted to the connecting part 14 with external circuits and inputs related to power source and other signals are inputted.
