Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit stable starting-up without casuing disturbance in system by comparing the outputs from system voltage detector and the output voltage detector and by drawing a signal to control output voltage in voltage control circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The system voltage detector 30 receives a system voltage signal from PT 10 and then generates a signal proportional to the magnitude of the system voltage. And, the contact 31 intrelocking with the operation of the switch 20 is provided with the contact b and the contact 32 is also provided with the contact a. For this reason, when the power invertor 5 and the power rectifier 6 start in a predetermined sequence at the time of starting-up, the output signal of the voltage control circuit 16 responds in the direction of a point where the deviation between the output signal of the system voltage detector 30 and the output signal of the DC voltage detector 14 becomes zero and is controlled so as to equalize DC current and system current. Thus, the magnitude of the generated voltage of variable voltage source becomes equal to that of system voltage before switch is closed, so that smooth starting-up can be made without causing disturbance in system.
