Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of quality, by comparing the temperature of the pipe detected on the transport conveyer with the reference temperature, by controlling the transporting speed depending on the deviation data obtained from above comparison, and by manufacturing the pipe at the allowable temperature range. CONSTITUTION:When the pipe is fed into the reeling mill 1 by the conveyer 11, the temperature of the pipe is measured by the exit temperature detector 31, and is inputted from the thermometer 3 to the operator 41, which compares the input with the reference temperature given by the controller 4; and then, the speed of the table 2a is adjusted correspondingly to the deviation obtained from above comparison. The temperature is measured by another temperature detector 31 in the table 2a, and the measured temperature is similarly compared with the reference temperature by the operator 41, and the speed of the table 2b is adjusted. Similarly, the pipe material is sent to the pipe former 5 by he tables 2b and 2c, and its temperature is measured by the exit temperature detector 42 and is inputted from the thermometer 43 into the controller 4, which confirms whether the manufacture is performed at allowable temperature range; and, if the answer is negative, the corrected data is inputted into every operator 42; hereby, the quality can be inproved.
