A circuit substrate 15 which has elements such as IC 15a and others at inside are secured in the panel frame 13 by thermocompression bonding or bonding. The contact part 15b with a panel 12 is not secured to the panel frame 13 and is elastically pressed to the electrode part 12a of the panel 12 by suitable compressive force by the substrate pressing part 13a of the panel frame 13 when assembled. The height of the substrate pressing part 13a of the panel frame 13 may be made with much better accuracy as compared to lead rubber.
