PURPOSE:To improve thansfer efficiency by suppressing the generation of error transfer data through the transmission in a code format under no influence of noises when an error occurs to reception data owing to external noises. CONSTITUTION:At the transmission side, transmission control part 1 exercises the transmission control of data and coding control part 2 codes data selecting one of various formats before transmission 3 to the transmission line. At the reception side, on the other hand, data are received by the receiver part and passed through filter part 6, coding control part 7 decodes them selecting one of various code formats, and data reception control part 8 makes error corrections of the received data. Here, if an error occurs to the received data owing to an external noise at the time of data transmission in a certain code format, the code format for transmission is changed into one under no influence of noises before the transmission. Consequenty, the error occurrence of transfer data is suppressed so as to improve transfer efficeincy.
