When the error occurrence frequency detected at the receiver side exceeds the prescribed value due to the noise increment at the transmission line, control part part 11 and switch on switch part 10 is actrated to switch off switch part 11 and 12 respectively. Thus, the error detection control mode is switched to the error correction control mode, and the data error is corrected at the receiver side.
