Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-precision peak frequency characteristic by providing a bonding pad in the position which has the same distance from a pair of inter- digital transducers LDTR connected in parallel to each other by a wiring electrode on a piezo-electric substrate. CONSTITUTION:At one edge of piezo-electric substrate 13, input IDTR 14 is provided, and terminals 11 and 11' are provided through bonding pads PPAD21 and 21' for input. At the other edge of substrate 13, output LDTR 15 and 16 are provided, and are connected to terminals 12 and 12' through PPAD22 and 22' for output in middle position x/2 of distance x between IDTR 15 and 16. Shield electrode 19 is provided between input IDTR 14 and output IDTR 15. For the purpose of realizing prescribed frequency interval DELTAf, x is set to satisfy x=vs/DELTAf when the surface elastic wave speed of substrate 13 is denoted as vs. Then, electric signals from IDTR 15 and 16 reach PPAD22 with the same delay time and attenuation quantity because output PPAD 22 and 22' are set to x/2, so that influences of the delay time on frequency interval DELTAf can be ignored.
