Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A high polymer material kneaded by the extruder cylinder 1 and the screw 3 is extruded from the nozzles 16 of the taper die 14, which is formed into a cone at a specific angle to the die center line by widening the die nozzle surface 15, cut and granulated by the cutter blades 17 provided in sliding contact with the nozzle surface 15. EFFECT:The large die nozzle surface compared with the flat die increases the number of nozzles and throughput capacity as much.
