Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform splitting of the energy of laser light accurately by separately providing a scanning optical member and a distributing optical member. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 1 is made to the laser light 1' of a 90 deg. changed optical axis by the scanning optical member 11 of a mirror which moves on the optical axis with an inclination of 45 deg. with respect to the optical axis.
