Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the shift quantity of a phase with a good linearity by a simple constitution, by providing an integrating circuit, which integrates the output current, and a circuit which generates the output when the output of the integrating circuit reaches a fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: Control circuits 2 and 3 which control the output current of a constant current source by control signals, integrating circuit 6 which is controlled by input signls to discharge and integrate the output current, and circuit 7 which generates output signals when the output of this integrating circuit reaches a fixed value are provided. As a result, the shift quantity of a phase can be controlled with a good linearity by a simple constitution.
