Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the leaking current, by shifting the position of connection of diode when a circuit consisting of a constant voltage diode and two silicon controlled rectifiers connected to both the terminals of a rectifier circuit is controlled through a sensor circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 24 is turned on or off by the action of the sensor circuit 1 such as a proximity switch. DC power is supplied to the sensor circuit 1 through a resistor 26 when a silicon controlled rectifier 22 is open but to the sensor circuit 1 from both the terminals of a phase-controlled silicon controlled rectifier 23 through a diode 32 when the silicon controlled rectifier 22 is closed. At that time, the anode of the diode 32 is coupled to the cathode of the constant voltage diode 30, and the cathode of the diode 32 is coupled to the node of a resistor 26 with a capacitor 29. When the rectifier 22 is open, the current flowing through the resistor 26 does not flow through the constant voltage diode 30. Therefore, the total leaking current is low and the characteristics are improved.
