Then, an engagement member 7 is engaged with a bracket 8 to keep the unlocked state. After the back of the seat is returned to the original position, the seat is moved to cause a pin 61 to slide back sidewards from an oblique part 91 of a plate 9 to eliminate the unlocked state.
