CONSTITUTION:An operation lever 3' is mounted on the slide adjuster situated at the opposite side to the door while the walk-in mechanism on the slide adjuster situated at the door, and the operation lever 3' and the walk-in lever 8 are coupled by transmission members 41, 42. By this construction, the legs' touching the operation levers 3' at the time of getting on and off can be eliminated as well as the lever bracket's sliding on the surface of the operation lever at the time of walking-in, eliminated, and any deformation of the lever or bad performance of the walk-in eliminated also. Thus inconvenience at the time of getting on or off is action can be prevented.
