CONSTITUTION: An FET Tr1 extracts a portion of a bias oscillatory output, which is amplified by a Tr2 so that it may be rectified and smoothened by a diode D1 and a capacitor C2. A transistor Tr3 acting as a reactance element is connected with the base of a bias oscillator Trb through a capacitor C3. If the bias oscillatory output voltage is increased, the voltage at D is increased, and the impedance between the collector and emitter of the Tr3 so that the current amplification factor hfe of the Trb is equivalently decreased to reduce the bias oscillatory output voltage.
