CONSTITUTION: When the terminals T1 and T2 are shortened for cut off adjustment, the vertical driving transistor Tr4 is conductive, and the voltage at the junction point P is almost at ground level. Thus, Tr2 constituting the differential amplifier of the video amplifying circuit 2 is non-conductive, and the gain of the video signal is zero, and the video signal to the video output circuits 100 to 300 is cut off.
