Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the burning condition in engine cylinders by positively forming vortex flows in the engine cylinders with the intake air.
CONSTITUTION: An intake balancing communication passage 36 for providing communication among intake passages is provided and is opened between a throttle valve 26 and an intake valve 28 such that the respective open trailing end portions 40A adjacent to the openings of the communication passage 36 into the respective communication passages 24 are arranged to intersect at an actuate angle with respect to such construction, the intake air from the passage 36 can be swiftly guided into the respectie cylinders thrugh the intake valve 28 so that laminar vortex flows of the intake air are formed in the respective cylinders to improve the burning condition.
