に接合し、かつ前記シートマウントブラケツトを
前記フロアパネル及びその端部フランジに固着す
るとともに、フロアパネルの車両上方に向け形成
した前記端部フランジのフランジ端縁と前記ロツ
カインナパネルとの間にシーラを塗布するよう構
