Abstract
PURPOSE:Among the unit pulse, gas producing pulse with smaller microscopic energy than the unit pulse is supplied. By doing so, discharge machining performance is improved. CONSTITUTION:A pulse oscillator 7 to generate the gas, by jointing with output pulse made phase reaction in knot circuit 8 the output pulse of unit pulse oscillator 5 by gate 11, gas generating pulse is output during On and Off of unit pulse. Then, through a gate 10, it is transmitted to a switch 4 and effecting On and Off control, gas generating pulse is added among unit pulse. Gas generating discharge is better with very small energy and discharge startup is easy by the generation and existing of gas in the medium liquid of discharge interval and stable discharge is done and minimum pulse width is set for finish, approximate finish and rought finish. Then, by shortening the interval, repetition amount is increased for shortening the discharge time for eliminating no-discharge so as to effect machining with high efficiency.
