Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the calculation for the necessary charge through a simple constitution through addition of the fixed unit charge with every fixed unit time, by memorizing the prefixed unit charge of the telephone rate, etc. plus the unit time and then comparing them with the clock count value.

CONSTITUTION: The desired sector is selected through setting circuit 11 based on each unit charge memorized via the prefixed sector and the unit time per unit charge to be memorized in unit charge memory register 22 and unit time memory register 21 each. The contents (unit charge) of register 22 is recorded into display register 52 by charge calculation start signal 101 and via start corcuit 12; the divided output of 2Hz supplied from oscillator circuit 31 is counted through counter circuit 34; and the count value is compared with the contents of register 21 through comparator 35. When a coincidence is obtained, output 102 of OR gate 36 releases circuit 34, and at the same time the unit charge of resister 22 is added to register 52 via adder 51. When the charge calculation is over, signal 104 is transmitted from stop circuit 13 to stop divider circuit 32. And resister 52 holds the content
