Abstract

PURPOSE: To deliver the fixed unit charge through addition with every fixed unit time and also to deliver the key code simultaneously, by memorizing the unit charge of the telephone rate or the like, the unit time and the corresponding code number respectively.

CONSTITUTION: Each unit charge divided into the fixed sectors, the unit time corresponding to each unit charge and the code number of the sector setting key distributed at the panel of the device are memorized in memory register 22, 21 and 23 via setting circuit 11 including the setting key and through selection of sectors. Then the contents of register 22 is recorded to display register 52 by the charge calculation start signal given from start circuit 12. On the other hand, the output of 2Hz given from divider circuit 32 is counted throug couhter circuit 34, and the count value is compared with the contents of register 21 through comparator 35. And when a coincidence is obtained, circuit 34 is released, and the contents of register 22 is added to register 52. While the contents of memory circuit 23 does not change during this period, and the telephone call rate up to that instant plus the key code under use are displayed to the disply unit
