Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable addition and output of a fixed unit charge with every fixed unit time as well as the discount calculation of the charge, by memorizing the unit charge of the telephone rate or the like plus two kinds of corresponding unit time to compare them with the clock count value.
CONSTITUTION: The unit charge based on the prefixed sections, the first unit time per unit charge and the second unit time including the night discount, etc. are memorized in memory retister 22, 211 and 212 with selction of the sections via setting circuit 11. Then discount calculation indicating switch 54,for example, is turned on to make selector circuit 55 select register 212. The contents of register 22 is recorded in display register 52 via the charge calculation start signal; the divided output of 2Hz given from oscillator circuit 31 is counted through counter circuit 34; and the count value is compared with the contents of register 211 or 212 through comparator 35. When a coincidence is obtained, circuit 34 is released, and at the same time the contents of register 22 is added to register 52 through adder 51. The calculation is finished by stopping the divider circuit 32 via stop circuit 13
