CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier circuit being the input stage of a semiconductor IC for output is formed by PNP transistors QL1, QL2 forming loading means, driving transistors QD1, QD2 to which input signal In is applied and a constant current circuit I0. A push-pull amplifier circuit being the output stage is formed by outputting transistors Q01, Q02 making push-pull operations, outputting transsistors Q3, Q4 Darlington-connected thereto, biasing resistors R5, R4 and diodes D1 turu D3. In this constitution, the transistors QD2, QD1, QL2, QL1 are disposed symmetrically by leaving a distance from Q01, Q02 being light emitting elements.
