In this case, the light source length larger than optimum wavelength A0 is applied for the exposure to resist film 9 corresponding to G of the 3-color fluorescent substance, and the light source length smaller then A0 is used for film 9 corresponding to B and R respectively. In this way, the ratio of the luminous area can be varied easily between the 3-color fluorescent elements R, G and B, thus ensuring a high-accuracy white current ratio as desired
