When any of the terminal units 11 thru 1n is interrupted of power supply, the corresponding voltage sources 111 thru 11n actuate the corresponding frequency transmitters 121 thur 12n, and a frequency receiver 15 is driven to actuate a relay 16, then power interruption signal is drawn out in output terminals 171 thru 17n. Hence, only one frequency transmitter 15 on the central unit 5 side is necessitated and the constitution is simplified
