Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce signal lines in number remarkably by providing a circuit, which collects data from transmitters by one receiving meter, with signal selecting circuits pairing off with respective transmitters and then by putting those signal selecting circuits into operation by an address converting circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transmitters 2, 3 and 4 are connected in parallel to transmitting bus line 8 extending to receiving meter 1. Then, signal selecting circuits 5, 6 and 7 pairing off with those transmitters 2, 3 and 4 are connected in parallel to selection bus lines 13 from address converting circuit 11 equipped with a switch for transmitters. For example, circuit 5 makes comparison 22 between the address of a selective signal counted by counter 20 and that of its own circuit set by address setting circuit 21 and after a coincidence signal is amplified 24, relay circuit 25 is put into operation by the amplified signal to close contact 26, thereby connecting transmitter 2 to the receiving meter 1. Therefore, one receiving meter 1 is connected to several transmitters 2...4 via couples of signal bus lines and selection bus lines, so that signal lines can remarkably be reduced in number.
