Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a trouble caused by frost during the generation of a frozen sample, by composing a carrier for generating a frozen sample of an axis supporting a sample, the lst container encircling a sample, and the 2nd container encircling the lst container.
CONSTITUTION: Sample 1 and sample holder 2 are held by the movable axis composed of thermal insulating bar 3 and metal bar 4 of stainless steel of the kind, and diped in refrigerand 6 in cooling tank 5 such as a beaker. Shielding container 7 through which the movable axis penetrates being made slidable covers the circumference of sample 1 and holder 2, and one part of it is dipped in the refrigerant. Its circumference is covered with installed container 8, which has 0 rings 9 and 10 for vacuum sealing at its circumference and the part through which the movable axis pierces. Container 8 possesses vent 12 for supplying gas 11 containing a little vapor such as Freon gas or N2 gas from the outside to the space formed between containers 8 and 7
