Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform optical delivery of frequency division at broad band frequency, by constituting the electro optical conversion system with the feed forward constitution. CONSTITUTION:The optical signal from the photo delivery line 1 is fed to the electro optical converter 6 via the photo electric converter 3, amplifier 4 and driver 5, and the photo signal output is fed to the photo modulator 11 via the photo circuit 10. Further, a part of the output optical signal of the converter 6 is inputted to the error amplifier 6 via the photo electric converter 7 and a part of the output of the driver 5 is via the delay circuit 8. The component of distortion caused at the converters 6 and 7 is detected and amplifier at the amplifier 9 and the detected output is fed to the photo modlulator 11. Accordingly, the distortion caused by the converter 6 is cancelled with the output of the amplifier 9 and the distortion caused with the converter 7 is made into predistortion, allowing to modulate the input signal of the modulator 11 and to deliver it to the optical delivery path 12.
