PURPOSE: To form a uniform coating on the inner surface of a conduit already constructed with ease economically, by using a moisture-curing resin as a lining or sealing material to be supplied to the conduit.
CONSTITUTION: After the atmosphere in the conduit 1 is replaced by a gas, e.g. nitrogen, etc., the liquid moisture-curing resin A is fed from the tank 5 to the conduit 1, in which the body 6 to discharge the resin A is inserted and sent by the pneumatic device 3 under pressure to recover the excess resin A to the container 7 and apply the moisture-curing resin A to the inner wall surface of the conduit 1 in the atmosphere of nitrogen, etc. The interior of the conduit 1 is replaced with air by the gas supply device 8 for a gas containing moisture to cure the resin rapidly in such a state that the curing rate of the resin A may be averaged. Uniform coating of the resin A is thus formed on the whole inner wall surface of the conduit 1.
