Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the time needed for injection and mixing and for passing steam without using triol or the like and prevent an environmental pollution, by a method wherein prepolymer single substance is formed into a fine particle shape under high pressure by using a piston type pressurizing pump and injected to mix with urethane scrap.
CONSTITUTION: While being produced, prepolymer is prevented from contacting with air, and the reaction heat is utilized to heat and lag the prepolymer so that the viscosity thereof is lowered to a certain extent. This is injected from an airless gun which is flat and circular and has a nozzle diameter of 0.1W1.5mm by using a piston type pressurizing pump, and mixing is performed in 40W50sec. The urethane chip into which the prepolymer has been injected to mix therewith is injected into a block die or molding die, and steam having a pressure of 3W7kg/cm2 is applied thereto for 5W6sec to perform a molding reaction. Then, the molded object is removed from the die and dried.
