Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a magnetic laminated product by spirally winding an amorphous magnetic thin sheet ribbon.
CONSTITUTION: A ribbon 1 of magnetic thin sheet is supplied with an adhesive at its upper side while passing through an adhesive applying roller 2. The ribbon is instantly wound in a spiral shape upon a reel 3 to form a disc having a thickness equal to the width of the ribbon. Then, a grinding operation is carried out to form a core block, which is cut to a preset track width thereby to form a head core half. By controlling the tension during the take-up operation, it is possible to freely control the tensile stress condition of the prepared laminated article in the longitudinal direction
