Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease leaked magnetic-flux, by mounting a ringed void portion and grooves over the whole circumference between an outer circumference of a magnetic pole and an inner circumference of an inertia ring, by inserting a ring-shaped connecting portion material between the void portion and the grooves and by forming either of the inertia ring or the connecting portion material in a non-magnetic material.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor core 13 is formed by means of a cylinder portion 2 fitted to a driving shaft, a pawl type magnetic pole 3 and an inertia ring 14. Grooves 131, 141 are each installed to an outer circumference of the pawl type magnetic pole 3 and an inner circumference of the inertia ring 14, and a voil portion 240 is mounted between both. A ring-shaped connecting portion material 16 in magnetic metal or non-magnetic metal, which deformation resistance is little and has mechanical strength, is inserted into the void portion 240, pressurized by means of metal molds 15, 17, plastically fluidized, let flow between the grooves 131, 141 and connected. In this case, either of the inertia ring 14 or the ring-shaped connecting portion material 16 is formed in a non-magnetic material. Such constitution eliminates magnetic flux leaking from the inertia ring 14, improves the efficiency of power generation and can remove magnetic noises.
