Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 16 is fixed to the rotor 14, a stator 10 is engaged on the out sides of metal part 9b of the vacuum container 9 and the anode part 9c, the magnetic pole 11 of the iron core of the stator 10 and the part of the magnetic pole 9c are engaged facing their magnetic pole faces.
