When the work clamping unit which is set at the tip of transport cylinder rod 21 is sent to the position of work 19 by means of rod 21, cam plate 2 connected with rod 1 is moved in the direction of arrowhead 15 with cam guide unit 14 as guide, and at the same time, slide pin 3 is moved in the direction of arrowhead 17; and clamping pawl 8 and auxiliary clamping pawl 9 connected to clamping-pawl-fitting table 4, together with operational pin 5, buffer spring 10, and tension spring 11 are moved jointly.
