Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In concurrence of continuously and incorporatively on the surface of the heat transmitting bulkhead body 1 with forming a multitude of piecemeal fins 2 which are paralleled to one another in possession of notches 3 every settled pitch, a multitude of dotty bosses 4 are formed in such a way that they are incorporatively formed on the back side and independently to one another, in addition, formation of repeatedly continuous waves 5 is done by bosses 4 on the back side and protuberances around their fringes.
