Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve heat transmitting efficiency by respectively forming a multitude of piecemeal fins on the surface on one side of the heat transmitting bulkhead, and a multitude of dotty bosses on the surface on the other side.
CONSTITUTION: In concurrence of continuously and incorporatively on the surface of the heat transmitting bulkhead body 1 with forming a multitude of piecemeal fins 2 which are paralleled to one another in possession of notches 3 every settled pitch, a multitude of dotty bosses 4 are formed in such a way that they are incorporatively formed on the back side and independently to one another, in addition, formation of repeatedly continuous waves 5 is done by bosses 4 on the back side and protuberances around their fringes. Respective flows are done such as cooled medium from the direction (A) on the mural front surface, and cooling liquid in the direction B on the back surface. Continuous efficiency will be exceedingly high, because the superficial area is expanded by the piecemeal fins 2 and it is further expanded by notches 3. And big heat transmitting efficient can be obtained in such a way that back side bosses 4 and waves 5 improve continuous area to the cooled liquid and give a further higher step in the effect for offering turbulence to the streams.
