Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep the Q value higher and the equvalent series resistance value lower and to increase the anti-shock performance, by providing the bevel support means to align the lengthwise and up and down direction of the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the both end support members 12 are fixed on the upper side of the insulation substrate 10 to suport the rectangular AT plate crystal chip 14 forming the bevel 26 at the both ends with the condutive adhesives 17. Electrodes are provided on the upper and lower side of the crystal chip 14 by vacuum evapration. The bevel support member 20 is placed in the both end support members 12 to clip the bevel 16 from upper and lower sides. 24 is the upper cover to make air- tight sealing and 26 is the lead terminals electrically connected to the electrodes.
