Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent heat reaction etc. of low boiling point medium by cutting the supply of heated fluid between the temperature detecting part and a heat exchanger when the temperature of the heating side fluid at an inlet of the heat exchanger is higher that the fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of heating side fluid 1, being supplied to a heat exchanger 2, is detected by a temperature detector 4, and the detected signal is sent to a damper controller 6. When the detected temperature is lower than the thermal cracking point of Freon, heating side fluid flows into the heat exchanger 2 with a damper 8 closed and a damper 7 open. Reversely, when the detected temperature is higher than the thermal cracking point of Freon, heating side fluid does not flow into the heat exchanger 2 but flows out passing through a damper 8 of a branch pipe 5 with the damper 8 open and the damper 7 closed. The thermal cracking of low boiling point medium being thus prevented, structural materials such as heat conduction pipe etc. are kept from corrosion.
