Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture the structure that can effectively cool a surface of a turbine blade, by burying slender metallic tubes for circulating a cooling medium just under the surface of the turbine blade by the molten metal of a heat resisting alloy.
CONSTITUTION: A number of slender metallic tubes 1 are buried just under a surface in the longitudinal axis direction in a blade portion 2 of a turbine blade, and these tubes are direction changed at a lower shank portion 3 and downward extend from an upper end of a tab-tail portion 4. The blade 2 is cooled by letting cooling water flow in the arrow head direction from the lower portions of the tubes 1. In this case, said metallic tubes 1 are preferably formed by an alloy, which main components are 0.01W0.5%C, 15W30%Cr and Ni or Fe the remainder in weight, the tubes are inserted into a number of thin grooves mounted along the longitudinal axis in the blade portion 2 and the whole is desirably buried by the molten metal of a heat resisting alloy consisting of 10W30 weight % Cr and at least one of Fe, Ni, Co the remainder.
