Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify a manufacturing process, by connecting the conductors of a cylindriacal coil shaped as a rotor by means of an electric conductor portion on a circumferential surface of commutator, and by forming the conductor portion of the commutator by utilizing punching and through-hole plating.
CONSTITUTION: A coil pattern 1 for a rotor of a coreless motor that mounts a plurality of parallel conductors AB∼AnBn to a flexible film by means of etching is produced. Narrow tongue pieces C, D are lengthened and projected from both ends of each conductor, conductors are folded back so that one end piece project in different levels only by approximate tongue piece length on an extension line of the other end piece, the coil pattern 1 is cylindrically bent, both end pieces are stacked and the tongue pieces C, D of projected pieces are folded back to the other end piece, the tongue pieces of both end pieces are alternatively adjoined, a cylindrical commutator 3 that utilizes punching and through-plating in order to form a conduction portion is installed to an end portion of the cylindrical coil pattern 2 and the tongue pieces C, D are connected to the electrode portions E of segments S around the commutator 3. Thus, its manufacturing process can be simplified.
