Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the cooling and heating efficiency by closing or opening a heat insulating membrane via bellows to automatically control the heat dissipation.
CONSTITUTION: Bellows 4 consist of a telescopic tube 14 connected to a boiler 6 output via a conduit 13 at the lower end thereof and movable plate 15. A frame 16 secured at one end thereof to the plate 15 is extended from longitudinal long hole 17 of the inside surface of a vertical housing 12, and is secured at the other end thereof to the movable plate in the vertical housing at opposite side. A heat insulating membrane 3 wound on a takeup shaft 18 is secured at the upper edge to the frame 16, and is rewound from the shaft 18 as the frame 16 is raised. The membrane 3 is sequentially disposed in parallel from lower side thereof at the side surface in the room of glass plate 2 to thereby shut off the heat radiation via the glass plate 2 by the membrane 3 so as to thereby improve automatically the thermal efficiency of the device of simple structure.
